Seriously, DBSS (HDB) for 700K is not worth it [;)] . No matter how nicely done up & nice location.

 

At the end of it, it's still a HDB after XX years [laugh]

worth it or not?

if there is a sucker willing to pay 800K from you after you bought for 700K,

after pay off interest.. i dont think u can earn or minimum ... if you sold @900k...

Haha, of course that sucker will not be me. In time to come, which part of Singapore will not be well connected? By then, all these DBSS will just be another bunch of old HDB blocks. How long can nice furnishings last? [;)] .

IMO

 

 

 

so i think DBSS Is seriously flawed,

and the scheme must continue for the benefit of the existing owners.

thats what i thinking also. i think need to sell 1 mil. but by then, many other units selling at the same time liao better hope good years ahead.

i was wondering why... i was looking 4RM and 5RM... so many 5RM units(walk in selection) jurong west / punggol / buangkok / sengkang.. pages and pages of 5 RM... [laugh]

 

why dont u guys (who Q for 4RM) get a 5RM instead.. big and so many units to decide... i got myself an 5RM unit that's 5-10 min walking distance to pioneer mrt.. [;)] sheltered all the way.. somemore..

 

I was very conservative then, bearing in mind of very uncertain job situation then + there was little diff between 4 and 5-room in terms of space (same number rooms). But, there is price and maintenance fees diff. [:p]
