Lala81 Hypersonic January 20, 2012 Share January 20, 2012 I am asking a detail report with regards to CPF cuts quantum/decision process that affects most people what is the relevance to my personal bonus and appraisal ? Why not? It's a decision made by HR and your boss that affects your pay. What is the policy behind your bonus and appraisal resulting in your pay? Where's the transparency? If i own 1000 shares in your company, AM I NOT ENTITLED TO KNOW? ↡ Advertisement

Lala81 Hypersonic January 20, 2012 Share January 20, 2012 The parliament, ministers + MP were elected by us to make decisions for us. As such, the results of their decisions are tangible and objective. The decision process can be consultative and mindful of the people's aspirations and needs but not decided by the people. There can be some transparency but not everything should be debated. If not, we'll end up like USA.
Lala81 Hypersonic January 20, 2012 Share January 20, 2012 (edited) you can demand for it at the share holder meeting if it amuses you ministers on the other hand are drawing pay from tax payers, disclosure is part of the process As such, my point is It's ok to know what the policy for the pay is, but not to know what WKS's bonus was in whichever year MSK escaped (as much as i would like to know ) Cheers. Joseph22 Turbocharged January 20, 2012 Share January 20, 2012 (edited) the contention is: did he or did he not received bonus despite failing his KPI if your performance is poor, and your boss decide not to give you bonus, do you want him to broadcast it to the world? As much as we think (or know) that he is incompetent as a Minister. We still have to give him the diginity of a human. he is after just incompetent and not a criminal. I am not worried if he did not received a bonus. I am more worried if he did. If he did receive a bonus in-spite of failing his KPI, the remuneration policy is obviously flawed. Without_a_car Clutched January 20, 2012 Share January 20, 2012 no. i mean how they count bonus.. inregard to wong. please read me and lala reply earlier on what we think. I know you and lala's sentiment on the matter. But Lina Chiam, does have a point when she said shouldn't the transport minister's KPI be pegged directly to public transport. But Lina Chiam, does have a point when she said shouldn't the transport minister's KPI be pegged directly to public transport. of course. we didnt disagree on that. ( i assume Lala have same view as me lah) in fact, we agree that only Finance minister (impression is other minister got nothing to do with KPI) KPI to be tag with KPI. while the varies minister be tag to different KPI of their own domain (sound like forgotten realm. ) speaking of which, how should Minister of Foreign Affair KPI be fixed?? Kiadaw 6th Gear January 20, 2012 Share January 20, 2012 you can't say they can pay themselves what they want. They get extra $20,000 allowance monthly from taxpayers to run grassroot activities to win themselves more votes ( in the name of community bonding) so how you expect their votes to fall in 2016? WP and other opposition have to raise their own money to campaign and reach out to ppl, ruling party use ppl's money to help them win ppl's votes Do you mean 20,000 budget? 20,000 as allowance is just wrong on so many levels.
