Guy, need help. I just install but I realize that the led background light dims down when I turn on my headlights or even small lights. Any of you happen to be the same?

 

This is not a problem but a safety measure to ensure the display is not too bright during the night.

You still can set it brighter by gg into the setting. So next time when it dim, it will be on a brighter level to your need.

Thanks. But I realize that during day time when raining but still have sun light I turn on headlight it's too dim too see clearly

Hi, question on compatibility with iphone 5 / ipad Mini

 

I am using the Lightning to 30-pin adapter with my Pioneer CD-IU201S cable

 

When connected to my ipad mini, only able to charge

- cant launch "ipod" on HU

- can't launch appradio

Bluetooth music is ok

 

can a iphone5 / ipad mini confirm this is "normal"

 

i read previous posts about ios6 (on iphone 4/4S) but not iphone5 (with lightning connector) specifically

i m using the Pioneer AVH-P8450BT. The built BT handsfree was working perfectly fine before i upgraded my sys with amps and H701 processor running 2 ways active. Peo r getting strong

U mean the phone volume? U on active setup oso?

Try repositioning your microphone angle, it may sound softer but less echoes.

seems like US version leh.

CD-IH202 connects to HDMI only :(

Meaning it won't work with AVH-8400 RGB (analogue) input

 

However, 2 more cables will be released and they shine some hope:

 

CD-IV202AV (VGA)

Compatible with AVP-8400BT (assuming Pioneer SG release a firmware update) USD 120

1. Trade in/sell your AVH-P8450BT and get AVH-X8500BT; trade in/sell your old Iphone and get the newer version.

 

2. Trade in/sell your CD-IU201V/S cable and get the new cable in Spring
