I think they can stop cars for illegal modifications as well. Seen many times already. Last time was not LTA. Now these LTA bikes also catch illegal mods.

They can't catch illegal mod. These MOFO are just outsource company. They can only issue summons for parking along road. I did complain one of these MOFO for riding dangerously along PIE and LTA took it seriously cause they wore LTA brand and ride like malaysian bike style.

They r not qualified to catch or stop cars with illegal modifications...

 

They r there to record traffic problems as well as opc cars....

modifier don't cheat yourself by saying lta not qualify to catch illegal mod. they are autherized to issue ticket for u to go for reinspection.

Maybe they can't issue summons but probably can ask you to go for inspection or something. Ever seen some cars being pulled over by them before already. And from the sound of the cars I assumed it was for illegal mods cuz all those i see either had really loud exhausts or very dark windows. One of them was a GTR. Windows so dark I couldn't even see a thing inside his car. lol. I think those outsourced ones you see are riding normal bikes right? Those riding the bikes with LTA plate should be able to summon illegal mods. Those I saw were with LTA plates.
