Parking woes

Hi MCF bro/sis,

 

For those who park their cars in open shelter carparks in HDB with season parking pass, does your carpark has those red lots with "NO PARKING" sign?

 

1. What happens if one parks there due to insufficient parking lots?

2. Which is a more severe offence: parking in these red lots or parking along double yellow lines in the carpark?

 

For really congested carparks, when you return home & cannot find a space, if you have to choose between parking along double yellow lines and such red "NO PARKING" lots, which will you choose?

Just park further away from your block. Sure have lots available. If park at those no parking lots, might get scratch by others as usually those are ramps for wheelchairs, staircase leading to the blocks or at the end of the carpark for drivers to do 3 point turn.

My season parking gives me either a multi storey carpark quite a distance away or open carpark down stairs. The open carpark is always full as its next to hawker centre. Many cars park along the yellow lines in the carpark, but fatimah only fine those without season parking.
