What happened to her husband? I din hear about it. I thought they have to close down because the way they run the grooming business its only a matter of time it happened. I was surprised to see one of the mediacorp celebrity who used their services when I was there in 2009..

It was out in the news. Her hubby rammed a car into their showroom and throwing chairs in the office.

 

What i know is Wendy is the boss of Nushine since she started in Bukit Timah Shell station. She did transfer the ownership to her useless hubby for a short period of time though.

 

i think Mark Lee's sister rented their space as cafe but it turn sour.

in my last year of patronage of nushin in 2008, i was made to understand wendy is not the boss. during then a guy called eric wsa running the show.

found the story. however, i remember wendy whilte chatting with me, said before she stayed in tiong bahru area and nothing nice to eat. seems to be inconsistent that the story said mindy stayed in balestier.

I think they had financial problem ever since her husband ordeal was out in the news. I also had unfinished package from them for both my rides.

Since they moved to Sin Ming, their standard dropped so much that i never bothered to go back.

 

that was the period whereby my shiny car emblem became dull after polish by them.

A colleague introduced me his friend's car body shop, the company named Johnny something, somewhere in Ang Mo Kio industrial park. This workshop beats car panel for accident claims, and they do polishing also. Their polishing is those industrial grade one whereby they really polish untilscratches and water marks disappear, not those wax and wash type of so called polish. Friend intrduce me so price is $150. if interested i can share with you.

 

 

$150 not exactly cheap. and i doubt its shine can last that many months as the one i am using now

I tried to call too...and decided to drive down to take a look. Whole place is empty. Was advised to lodge a police report before going to CASE.

You need to make a police report first before you go to CASE. I'm also one of those affected by this sudden closure! I expect that many more will realize the place is shut as Chinese New Year approaches.

i think it is a lost cause. CASE is already a toothless tiger with companies still in operation. what do you expect them to achieve against a company that has ceased operation?

Bro, we can't just give up. We have to at least try. Besides, we don't know if they are still operating and not declared bankrupt. If everyone gives up, they will definitely get away with all the package money. A lot of people signed up for packages, and every year, you can just see the business they get during CNY when everyone books for polishing.

frankly speaking, it is easy to make the company run out of money or asset by the directors. without money and asset, it is meaningless for you to go after the company. not trying to persuade you to give up, but just sharing my experience so that you don't go through too much hassles.
