Squats Can do push up and squats at home before shower. Cardio... a bit time consuming... and knee cannot tahan the impact. I was 70kg a month ago and now.... 75kg. We just have to maintain the exercise regime. I stick to it strictly. Hopefully I will hit 70kg before year end. This will be my biggest christmas present ever. So far, this is the lowest and have been consistent for 6 months.

So far, this is the lowest and have been consistent for 6 months. Keep it up bro. As mentioned, you can visist the excerise & losing weight thread. The thread has more focus on excerise. A good thing to do is to update regulary on the activities you do. No need to be fancy, something like the below will do: "Hello everyone, today I ran 5km in the evening, nice weather with cool breeze." When you post regularly, there is 2 positive effect. a) You motivate others to do sport also b) You motivate yourself to do sport.

Icebrush79 4th Gear August 12, 2015 Share August 12, 2015 We just have to maintain the exercise regime. I stick to it strictly. Hopefully I will hit 70kg before year end. This will be my biggest christmas present ever. WOW !! Must have took you lots of determination and will power. Temptation from yummy (sinful) food aside, it is not easy to keep a strict exercising regime amidst all the obligations within a limited 24 hours per pay. You have work commitments You need to maintain a social life (unless you're a hermit; its tought because I'm not) You need time for leisure to relax your mind after a hard and stressful day at work For parents (I am a new parent of a 5 mth old) - you have parenthood responsibilities - sleep is already scarce so that extra 1 hour of exercising deprives you of many other things, not to mention, a baby disrupts your routine eg - you can't choose the time you wanna exercise, you have to make time - - - usually compromising your sleep/rest leisure time I think motivation is essential. Some do it for healthy reasons, I do it because I'm vain and I wanna continue looking good (who says mid 30s = unclehood, I'm proud to say I sometimes get my ID checked when I buy cigarettes) For all those who have successfully lost weight, that's not the end of the road, maintenance is even more painful because you tend to have lesser motivation to look foward to. Regular exercise also helps to keep a youthful look Good on you bro... !! cheers

HP_Lee 5th Gear August 12, 2015 Author Share August 12, 2015 Bro, I actually have a 3 year old child. Still having a full time job like any middle income earners. I did exercise only 3 times a week and stick to 3 meals daily with minimal fats in my meals. I drink green tea daily too. Burgers and fries only once a month. A least 8 hours of sleep. In fact I am pretty busy , with an operation of 700+ staffs all over Asia. I make it a point to jog 5km after work and weekends. So is not difficult after a few initial weeks of getting into the act 3years ago. I didn't even spend a single cent on slimming class or session. Just these simple act to follow. Hope this helps the rest. I have even saved more petrol when driving around. All because of that extra 30 kg I had initially. WOW !! Must have took you lots of determination and will power.
