but how to remove the start menu, those menu like window phone... very messy

For some resemblance to Win 7, just use desktop mode, this is the one I use. Else got to use 3rd party software for closer win 7 feel.

Been using windows 8 for few months on a none touch screen laptop. Still confuse over the interface.

When you install this program, the installer will prompt you whether you want to bypass the new Windows 8 layout and boot straight to desktop interface. Also, you have to option to disable the hot corners and the sidebar.
