what is the offense if some one keeps on driving the car even after COE has expired? meaning the car is on the road, but no COE liow.

 

what is the offense/punishment for that?

 

my friend forgotten to renew COE, few months ago. charged with driving without road tax, without valid insurance, and 2 more offences. 1 year banned from driving.
