Danromeo Neutral Newbie July 23, 2016 Share July 23, 2016 Hi Guys, I have encounter a fault code that prompt out only during the initial start up on the engine. It prompt out, "Have Gearbox Checked". After awhile it was gone and thru out the whole day it never prompt again. One day out of the blue, it come back again. This thing happened three to four times already and so far everything was normal during the drive. Therefore I get my mech to run thru a diagnose check, but unfortunately, there was no fault code during the check. It is like a ghost fault code. Has anyone have encounter this problem and got it solved? Please PM me or reply to this post. Your help is appreciated. Thanks. ↡ Advertisement

300bhp Neutral Newbie March 4, 2018 Share March 4, 2018 (edited) Alfa Romeo Effect = Too Much Attention 1. Some B*tard scratched my car door the very first day I got my Red Hot Beau 159 V6 Q4. I was lucky that my groomer was able to polish it away. 2. Filling up at gas station normally gotta some passerby rolled eyes/white eyes but best of all- smiles from passerby in heels. 3. Once was parked near kerb between lots without obstruction due to no lots available. A carpark attendant was about to issue a ticket, I waved to him while walking up. He quickly print the ticket and said to me " its ok for you, you drive an Alfa ". LolZ Edited March 4, 2018 by 300bhp
DACH Supersonic January 26, 2019 Share January 26, 2019 This Is Why Alfa Romeo Should Build Trucks https://carbuzz.com/news/this-is-why-alfa-romeo-should-build-trucks It'll never be made, but it doesn't look as out-of-place as you might think. Alfa Romeo's done trucks before, it makes them now (if you could consider the Stelvio crossover to be a "truck”), and it could make more in the future. But what if it did something altogether larger? Something like, say, a big-rig tractor-trailer? As unlikely as it may seem, it might look a little something like this. Rendered by budding Korean designer Taekang Lee and shared on Behance, this concept envisions the unusual prospect of an Alfa Romeo truck – the kind you might see hauling cargo down the highway, but with a bit of Italian flair thrown into the mix. While we wouldn't count on such a vehicle being put into production, it wouldn't be entirely out of left field, either. Through its parent company, Alfa Romeo was once corporately allied to Iveco – one of Europe's largest truck manufacturers. The two were separated when Fiat Chrysler spun its heavy-equipment divisions off into CNH Industrial, but they're all still majority-owned by Exor, the Agnelli family's holding company, in a move not unlike the separation of Ferrari. And if Maranello can help Alfa develop engines (like the one in the Stelvio Quadrifoglio), we suppose Iveco could help it make a truck, too. As pie-in-the-sky as it may be, though, we kinda dig the enlarged adaptation of Alfa Romeo's signature shield-shaped grille, covering almost the entire fascia of the truck's design, and repeated in the stamping of the rear bulkhead. And while purists may balk, the cloverleaf emblems (and red paintjob) lend it an air of authenticity as well. Push come to shove, it's a convincing design, so kudos to its creator. The Alfa-sponsored Sauber racing team would surely make its presence felt around the grand-prix paddock if it hauled its F1 cars and equipment around in a truck like this.
