@Limws1 I'm using Wynn's DPF additive, quote effective. Noted on the jerkness. 
I also realized that the jerk, when it occurs, my engine will lost power, then resume then lost again.

@Alvintcs I am also using Wynn DPF cleaner. Helped to unblock the DPF a bit and increase the regeneration interval. But I think my DPF is beyond repair. A good DPF destroyed by mechanic's incompetence.

I cannot remember which brand I brought , it says ok to use with Euro 5 diesel.    I used it when my car hitted 100K mileage and it was getting a "sluggish" in performance.   

I can feel the throttle response better after I run my 1st fuel tank with it, I guessed it helps to unclog/clean the injectors.

Hi i have a Kia Carens 2017 , Repeated “Check Exhaust system “ error with Engine light  Previous workshop bring dpf for chemical cleaning , no change . Then Workshop say add o2 sensor , no change as well . Spend a lot of money still same problem . Looking for advice

disconnect sensor or replace catalytic converter

@Gnomish Appreciate your reponse, can you still drive the car with the warning? Or does it require a immediate replacement? car left 2year5months and catalytic converters seems to be expensive as well.

yes can drive but car was close to 9 years so changed after a few months
