Powerbank jumper

anyone tried using those powerbank around $40 to jumpstart your car before ? wonder if it really works ?

I have used those lithium powerbank jumpstarter to jump start my car.. works like a charm.

 

Mine is those $100+ type. Not sure on the $40+ type
