what is the optimum gauss level as per your research findings?

 

From what I know:

Bare magnets 3500-4000 gauss depending on which part of the magnet.

Anything more than that is BS! Temperature that can affect or cause it to loose its magnetic field is 350 C or through constant knocking on hard surfaces.

Curve magnets for fuel lines are better as the magnetic field is radially transmitted thru the fuel lines to provide all round ionization. The casing of other products may look curved on the inside surface to be clamped to the fuel hose but the actual magnet may be rectangular and flat.

Not all neodymium magnets work the same in this kind of application there is an optimal level. The optimum level is a trade secret.

 

Ferrites are definitely out and they are normally charcoal black or grey as in color of ordinary magnets and is not resistent to temperatures even that of the car engine compartment.

I would advise buyers to go for more professional and commercially marketed products. either sfm or magfuel. proven rite?

thanks. that appears to be the gauss level of magfuel.

 

and i read magfuel has a lifetime guarantee.

 

guess its a good choice.

There are "special" magnets more tehn 4000 gauss, again depending on the make. It is not BS.

 

 

Curve magnets may not work best.. there are many ways to create a circulate force.
