Chris Neutral Newbie August 5, 2003 Share August 5, 2003 there is definitely other magnets over 4000 gauss. however, for such an application, if a manufacturer or a product professes that theirs is very strong like 7000 or 12000 gauss...it is ridiculous..do u know how strong is that? u cannot even peel both pairs apart!! circulate magnetic field? why? how? not possible unless the magnets are constructed in a certain shape.
