Sinifm Neutral Newbie November 6, 2003 Author Share November 6, 2003 not on top...the door has 2 diff layer of frame body. there is a gap of abt ~5cm between the 2 frame. that why 2 layer of SP will improve SQ by filtering off exterior noise and reduce any body vibration....blah..blah...really worth it as for the boot, just listen to the rear during wet days and after SP the boot, only reduce minimal noise. quite disappointed. Alan22 Neutral Newbie November 6, 2003 Share November 6, 2003 ermm for cars.. all usually install under the seat or boot...under the seat i think u wont be able to admire ur pretty amp..and if anyting were to cxxk up.. u got to remove ur seat also...(depending on which part under u install) installing in the boot needs to built a rack to hold the amp.. or u can mount it at the side..cleaner look.. got not much experience with frens who haf amp under their seat..amp is giving out heat when u on it.. so under the seat might provide warmness for ur butt... ehhhe most of my frens got it behind their boot.. neatly installed at the side or rear.. juz my opinion.. need somemore advise from expert here.. im jz a newbie too.. User12343 Clutched November 6, 2003 Share November 6, 2003 I beg to differ. so long as the amps are not driven into severe clipping, it's unlikely to damage speakers. ok, will do a weekend window shopping just wanna clarify, if the speaker spec is 80W. the amp should have >80W RMS to power the speaker ? That serves as a guide. Generally speakers get damamged with overdriving underpowered amps.

Sinifm Neutral Newbie November 6, 2003 Author Share November 6, 2003 55 Auto addr is, blk2 bukit batok st 24, #02-08 SkyTech. they charge $60 per piece with installation. and i bring it down to $55/-. trust me lar, it really filter exterior noise out. thus better SQ. closing the door also got this solid sound/feeling. whole car ? 4 doors, floor plan ? any other place ?
