King 1st Gear July 28, 2004 Share July 28, 2004 What I sometimes do.. esp when I'm lazy.. is to pop in a capful of Hi-Glaze88 together with the Armorall Blue shampoo and shampoo the car with it. Restores some of the shine back to the paintwork lazy, right? after assassin people ,too tired to wax car
King 1st Gear July 28, 2004 Share July 28, 2004 Absolutely! You will always think that your preference is the best until someone else shows you something better. For waxes, check Guru report which is a comparision of 46 waxes/sealants. However, my advice is actually for the person to see how the wax looks like on a car before deciding what to do. I have seen black cars on Glare, AG & Zaino and I have personally experimented on Autoglym, NXT, Meguairs No.7, System 6, Carlack 68 and S100 so I have quite a good idea how each look. I have yet to see a black car on Klasse and Swissol and it would be interesting to do so! i combine mother sealant with turtle wax......
Dwoon 1st Gear July 28, 2004 Share July 28, 2004 After "GLARE" my car, my lazy way to get some shine back is to use the same piece of cloth (which was used to clean my plastic parts using Armour All Protectant) to dry it after washing. (Cloth not washed after cleaning the plastic sections) Gives the surface a waxy/oily coat....

Chuabc Neutral Newbie July 28, 2004 Share July 28, 2004 I rather go Zaino if you really wan compare with glare. I think its cheaper then glare and the result... dun need to say. if not they won't call it showcar polish product. DUN get the wrong idea that I am promoting Z. In actual fact, I really hope ppl dun go cos both are VAMPIRES.

Jagash Neutral Newbie July 28, 2004 Share July 28, 2004 chuabc, You seems to have something to grind with Glare. Please explain more. I am contemplating to do the Glare treatment. Please share your experience. Between Zaino and Glare, I choose Zaino anytime. I have seen black cars with Glare and Zaino and IMHO after Zaino black looks much more intense in shade and shine!
