Not very sure, My wife was driving when it happenned, I have not seen it yet. From what she said she heard a loud Bang, I think it's quite serious (something like Kimi Raikkenon? [laugh] ) I am preparing to replace it.

and there's also another tyre shop - Leong Seng tyres, just only few shops distance.

Ya lor, looks like no choice. Any good recommendation? I think not many shops carry this size. How about the one opposite Ikea in Alexandra RD?

My sprae tyre is those skinny type that meant to be use as temporary replacement. Good idea to use the repaired one (if it can be done) as a spare.

so bring there let them to check.

Or U can check the present sparetyre's size of the rim compara with the rest.

If rim size same, then can be done

Hi Seahorse88

In Singapore, it's pretty expensive to get tyres with a sidewall height of 70. I'm currently using Michelin LTX 225/70/16, 101S. The only plc I could think of for a Dueller is from Eagle Tyre in JB. They are agents for Bridestone in JB. The last time when I asked for a Dueller 2, 255/75/16, they quoted me like $RM300+.For our size it should be cheaper. If tiy are thinking of changing of changing all 4 rubbers, I'd recommand Cooper from US of A. Bout S$140/pc. Here the address of Hawk Tyre and Hong Leong for Cooper. Maybe you can call to enquire b4 you go down.

Thx Lester.

I got mine from Leong Seng in Alexandra Rd yesterday, and yes it was $140. Actually Kevin Tay quoted me $165 in the morning but didn't hv ready stock and asked me to leave the tyre rim behind so that I can collect it later. When I return in the evening, Kevin was not there but his mother charged me $140 only....Sly Kevin [thumbsdown] Maybe it was my fault did not do proper market syrvey [:p]
