Honestly, didn't think about the sedan because I was adamant about getting a manual hatch...until I test drove the Impreza. Jazz felt good & made more $$$ sense economically. So it was a balance between economy & performance. Guess where it tipped? I also thought, "If I want to modify my Jazz functionally, still can....change rims, air filter etc..." Tea3 Neutral Newbie February 18, 2004 Author Share February 18, 2004 The smooth & responsive pick up. Managed to redline it without much effort/strain. Managed to hit 140-160 kmh in less than 10 second based on the way I was driving it that day (that may not be impressive to many but it was to me because I have never done that). Able to do roundabout at 80 kmh without rolling. Probably would have tried it at 5th gear if salesperson didn't sound so apprehensive when I asked, "Can do roundabout at 5th gear or not?" I know a friend who did that with a Forrester. It just felt so stable, good handling, good grip...unlike the Ignis Sports. Tried to corner at 80 kmh but felt it rolling and had to slow down although the accelerator was very sensitive & responsive too. Stability not there... My 2 cents' worth.
