Jiayong 3rd Gear July 29, 2004 Share July 29, 2004 hi..i am not well informed about blubs but i thought only HID bulbs will need a Conversion Kit? the Philips White and Blue lights are not HID bulbs and therefore u need not worry about overheating it.
