I have changed the stock HU to a Blaupunkt DAB52 at Chuan Hi-fi(Bradell Rd). They managed to fit the DAB52 nicely onto the double-din frame therefore keeping the 5-disc changer in place.

but I had traded in the disc changer for other stuffs (refer to my post "Just booked an OPtra"...

 

But I will still be upgrading the front speaker, plus installation of a preamp and power amp.

how are the charges by Chuan Hifi ?

 

my ICE installation experiences were only with Hong Guan and Zoom Auto...

 

the former's work was good but price was sky high..the latter is the opposite.

 

i was told pin liang is also one of the recommended installer.

You might want to check out the price at Motorshow...read in another thread that it's <$400 now.

Reasonable. Most importantly their workmanship is good. He (Ah Chuan) would not normally push sales but recommend what you can afford.
