i agreed very sian.

1st my remote spolit.

then programing errors

 

unit something wrong

later my micro wave sensor not working.

 

in the end,

remote- send back for 1 to 1 exchange

unit replace with a new one.

still waiting for micro wave sesnor

 

yes, need to reprogram the remote but it is very easy only.

press the programing button 4 times. and then press the remote the lock and unlock button at the same time.

hi guys,

 

sry abt the no sound/reply.... was away for a biz trip.... anyway my CSP after abt 6 mth the lcd screen a lso dimmed a bit, i tink one of the lighting led died.

 

nonetheless, its still a great product. guess we only hv to be careful about our product source...

The lcd remote does come with green back lighting. Mine lightin after 6 mth got a bit dimmed, i suspect one of the leds died. [furious][furious]

i didnt know that ... and i used to tilt my remote under the lighting to see the last command!!

 

damn ... all the while i got a spoilt remote and i still dun noe [bigcry]

I hope all can understand that i m here just to help fellow CSP users wif their problems along the way, and not trash pples products n transcations ! And I m not selling any stuff either.

 

i hope ur seller dun take too much offence in me, dun wan any trouble from him either. Hope I aint toking too much here. [lipsrsealed][lipsrsealed]

 

Maybe all the CSP( MCF/SLC) users can mit up ( prob can arrange one offline) and exchg tips ......

got back my remote liao.

has been working for the last 2-3 weeks.

 

i have the feedback on the LCD.

 

I also just got back my remote last sunday... 21 Aug...

Anyway, was chatting with Ben... he said that now, he is using Singpost services... so, to send out the items, take around 2~3 weeks... return, another 2 weeks... so, total, 1 round will take 5 weeks...

He said, previously was using his company shipping service. But, got complained by the account for personal usage (eventhough he paid)...

Seems like a lot of Manufacturing related issues...

My shock sensor is not very sensitive also.. adjusted to max.. showed to Tenminste yesterday...

 

Anyway, Tenminste no feedback to remote already solved... (temporarily... hopefully permanent..)

We tried playing around with programming his remote to my 2016 Main unit and my remote to his 2016 main unit. End up, the remote recover... not sure what happened... maybe after all the reprogramming, it become soft reset to the remote... [dizzy][sweatdrop]

Found mine a bit too bright... can see some dark spot at the background...

Heheh... don't end up become issue like me.. got threat of legal action from local supplier... just because of my feedback to the CS Tech Support.. and re-routed back to Local Supplier... [shakehead]
