So far from today...the best record is 20km/l!!!!!!!!

think jazz and picanto also can do that if go 100% highway, so i am not surprise, but hey, it's almost double my FC [sweatdrop][sweatdrop]

Jazz will beat that hand down. But I doubt Picanto can, close but still not enough. Or should I say the same people with the same drving habit should yield a better FC with kelisa than picanto. Reason, kelisa have a smaller CC engine, but more powerful. Thus there is a lesser chance of over-stepping on the gas. Also kelisa is ligther by an adult's weight.

so sure? many jazz have reported a FC of around 16 - 18 km/l ler [sweatdrop]

Paper spec:

Kelisa: 800

Picanto: 850-900

Now for small cars, we all know by taking 1 passenger, driver can really feel the powerless coming. Of course still can move, but will require a heavier foot.

As for Jazz, I guess I am comparing the manual cars. Jazz have the ability to reach 22km/L. 16-18 should be normal drivers. Kelisa (M) normally is also 14-17km/L only. The 20km/L record might be set in Malaysia, driving the NS highway under strict control. Put a Jazz in the same kind of condition, it might clock more than 22km/L.

hmmm, i see. but i remember there was a comparison a few months back on the FC and kelisah clocked better result than the jazz [sweatdrop]

anyway, whatever the case it is, these FC figures are really beyond my reach, the best i can get 100% highway is ~14.5 km/l. and daily i get around 11.5 km/l only [bigcry]

I rest my case. [smash]

Anyway, I guess in Singapore, many Jazz drivers tends to expect more power out of the car. But seriously speaking, Jazz doesn't give you the Torque-y feeling upon flooring, thus that could contribute to its under-performanced FC in Singapore. Traffic lights and Jams isn't helping too.

If i buy a YRVt... i can save a few thousands if really comparing a Jazz and a YRVt....

The YRVt can beat the Jazz anytime with a few k lesser.... of course the FC of YRVt not as fantastic as Jazz, abt 12km to 14km per litre depending on driving behaviour
