PARKING ISSUE

will i get summon if lets say i put a canvas cover on my car and did not renew my season parking?? will the parking attendant take off the cover to check?? not dat i want to cheat by not paying my season parking but bcause i will be away for a week so my car will be @ home.. hope any of u guys can help.

Yes if the warden is 'on'. Most of the time they will not take the trouble to check.

unless the aunty new bird, else, she'd prob go on the assumption u got something to hide, ie u never put coupon. then every day come and visit your car once

If the cover had a window with transparent plastic to show through your season parking it might work. Perhaps you might make it yourself? ... or maybe not.

The aunty can just key in your car number plate into the machine, which is still accessible with the cover on. If your car has season parking, they will not be able to summon you.

That's why i say if. Unless the car number plate being taken out , and cover the car.

 

If want to ease of mind, just buy the season parking, anyway the car will be at the carpark for the whole duration while you are away.

aunties seldom come during late nights. my bro-in-law never buy season parking. only kena like once in a few mths (at 2am). but they very regular in morning/afternoon/early evening. so if taking leave, make sure got coupon.

putting a canvas cover will not help. I tried doing that when i was riding a bike years ago. Put on cover and park at 4th floor.......still kenna summoned.
