Hi bro,

50W x 4 is not really low powered, it's pretty average for most HU nowadays.

HU power output and amplifier power output are not related.

For better sound quality, a HU with a 4Volt pre-out would be ideal. [:)]

singer go left and right?

maybe walking across the stage?

Live recording or studio recording?

No, have not encountered that for Studio, but Live concerts yes.

Bro,

HU output is usually stated in terms of max power, not RMS as in external amps.

Can even get 8volt pre-out now, very common,

Some amps even 16volt ready

Thanks for the advice. Don't know is it I got used to the hissing sound already. It seemed to have gone away. Only hear it occasionally now with certain CDs. May be it is a CD problem [hur]

It only happens on a certain track of a certain CD. Maybe you are right, he might be walking left around while in the studio sweatdrop.gif

btw, i find that turning off the ASL helps too.
