I have a client who bumped into another car who attempted an illegal u turn along Dover Road. We managed to obtain 80 per cent from the other party's insurance company at the settlement conference

Even at 80-20 settlement, or 90-10 for that matter, you'll still lose your NCD. Looks like pte settlement would be more beneficial, if you have high NCD.

Not trying to add salt to your wound bro but the stock pads really cannot make it . Go get it changed at Koon's, $90 will potentially save you more headaches in the future. I have already earned back mine at least 10 times over or more, in 2 close misses. We have to armed ourselves against some numbskull drivers out there. He can also help you to quote for the paint touchup at the same time.

Koreans are quite rough people , don't be intimidated when they raised their voice at you. Hopefully can settle in private. Kissed an opel omega once, from what I see was only some slight scratches at the bumper. My pulsar bonnet cave in,the radiator kissed the extractor and of course the bumper was gone. I did my own repairs which came up till abt $1.7k, but his repair was 3k plus! that was before the idac thing.
