No, I do not mean it that way. I'm sure if one tries hard enough, it should not be hard to find. Maybe my opinion was slightly biased but in the past when I was driving a 2007 E60, the outside workshop was unable to resolve the problem despite forking out a couple of thousands to replace parts that were probably not defective in the first place. I am not trying to say I was cheated by rather, diagnosing a car's problem isn't easy at all. At C&C, we are assigned a 'service adviser' and we can give them a call or drop them a sms whenever we require assistance. Personally, I find their respond quite prompt and the service is done rather quickly. Just recently, my 2 year old ride had a steering creek especially when parking and the problem was resolved in half a day and it is covered under warranty. They provide free nitrogen fill up as well with no appointment needed.
