Dwoon 1st Gear May 22, 2007 Share May 22, 2007 Saw many times... need plenty of tools & muscle.... but I'll pass.... too much work and fitment issues. Imagine it takes about 1 hour for a mech who is real familiar with how it is done.... already so darn difficult.... airbox (or in my case now, CAI tubing) need to come out, water container for wiper need to come out, Intercooler need to come out, then must stick entire arm into small crevice to fiddle about w/o seeing the part at all. I can't imagine how long it'll take me, even if I have the tools..... then if something not put back correctly (happened before plugs not inserted well and resulted in mis-firing).... even more time to take apart and troubleshoot. (Also need OBDII tool to know which plug is mi-firing)
