Alvin (that's his name) from clubhyundai

Yep, his stock arrived last Thursday... quite a handful of ppl were getting it fixed on Friday and Saturday and maybe more on Sunday as well judging from his printed namelist

I got mine fixed on Saturday... after on waiting list for 2 months

laugh.gif after installation and when he asked me to start the car, we started having a conversation and thereafter I forgot that I already had my car started... so I proceed to crank the engine again laugh.gif

Didn't know that the engine noise and vibration can be reduced so dramatically too smile.gif

All in all, quite satisfied for a $80/- battery conditioner

The item is MaxVolt from LeDux (metal case box packaging looks much better than Pivot's plastic box)thumbsup.gif

BTW this works on auto transmission car well, for manual maybe won't have much difference except ICE sounds better

I had mine installed last friday nite. This MAXVOLT comes with a mounting bracket. Like what Elantrahatch said, "it's better to have then dun have." [;)] You have nothing to lose except for the $80 u pay. It works better for car wif ICE setup.

cheers

I have z-stab installed on my ride (Optra Auto) and thinking to install VS to improve the ICE. Any brother here install z-stab and VS together?

Need not worry so much lah, just get one. I also using Pivot & VS together. Basically I get the VS to serve as capacitor to my ICE as well as overall current supply to my engine to perform better.

Since the ECU is a very sensitive part of the automobile and not to mention all the electronic sensors ...can you tell me if the VS wont bust all my components?

I had a friend who got his car busted by a stupid VS .....pound heart

shocked.gif wow!

car busted by a V.S... you sure it's the V.S that busted the car?

tot only a S.D device (found in mission impossible car or james bond's car) will anhilate the car.

"This car will seld-destruct in 5 seconds.... 5...4...3...2...1..."

Frankly, I have no idea how VS can caused the ECU to burst. Just curious, whether the VS is connected correctly in Polarity.

The VS that I'm installing had this built in protection circuit. When connected in wrong polarity, the VS will automatic shut off, thus prevent any further damaged.

hope this help

thanks

Hi,

The Grounding kit should came with a bracket that is fasten to the Negative terminal of the Battery. You can fasten additional grounding wire to the Bracket.

Hope this help

cheers!!!

Is it a capacitor based VS? Are you the manufacturer?

Does it include grounding or additional grounding is preferred?
