Shell petrol incompatible with chevy??

yea... when i bought my aveo hb... the SE told me not to pump shell petrol coz have sme probs with shell petrol...

my SE tell me dun use HANDBRAKE when parking....as will cause the brakes to stuck when moving off.... experience a few times dunno y till he tell me. cant SA fixed it instead of telling us no to use....

can use handbrake lah....only happens after u wash the tyres/rims.....water seems to have brought in dirt, thus "jamming" the brakes

Don pump shell full tank. most of us pump S$25 Shell V-Poweer and the bal Caltex 95 and you can feel the diff in the performance

Its not the petrol, I know as I tested fuel(for a living) whilst I was in BP Refinery. Your problem could be that 1) your ignition timing has run out, b) spark plugs and cable faulty, 3)No fuel getting into the injectors (blocked fuel line, faulty fuel pump etc.)3) Automatic choke faulty.

 

If you mechanic is good, he will take out each injector to see if fuel is being delivered. Then you can eliminated the possible causes.
