Congratulations on Spain's World Cup win ! Now that the World Cup is over, its time to focus on the EPL. Lets start things with a new thread since it is a new season with a new head coach. And I am sure we all hope things are better than the last. Iraola, is still a question mark to many and its somehow scary to see so many fans giving praise when he has not even managed a single game for LFC yet. For me, I do have personal plans to make it to Anfield to watch a game for the coming season. I hope to be able to secure tickets.

I put it for Liverpool, cos that's the team I am more familiar. Welcome other fans to chip in with their teams too. We learn more from a bigger community. My predicted starting XI for Liverpool away to WBA would be: (4-3-3) - Reina; GJ, Skrtel, Agger, Enrique; Gerrard, Lucas, Allen; Downing, Borini, Suarez. Rooting for a 2-1 away win.

Liverpool have completed the signing of midfielder Joe Cole on a four-year deal following his release by Chelsea. The 28-year-old England international left Stamford Bridge in June after failing to agree a new contract with the Premier League champions.
