Been searching for a personal camcorder for awhile now and I have managed to narrow down my search very slightly.. Budget should be about $700++ although the cheaper the better! I also want one with an internal hard disk, or some kind of memory. I don't what those that that writes to a DVD. Image stabilization should be respectable, I don't require the best in the market. Full HD is an added bonus but I don't know if I have to burst my budget for that. Respectable battery life of about 6 hours. All salesmen say the same thing that the batt can last 6 hours and image stabilization is very good for WHICHEVER cam I am holding so I'm looking for personal experiences..

Hi guys thinking of buying camcorder from USA for use here. This to be exact http://www2.panasonic.com/consumer-electro...5702#tabsection The panasonic TM700. Am I right to say that I will be able to use the battery charger in Singapore, with an adaptor for the 3 pin plug to charge the battery provided. I am not too concerned about warranty issues. Rgds.
