Newly launched condo at bear road...just beside the new Nicoll MRT. Just visited the showroom on the 38th floor of the office block. Is it worth it to get a high floor unit to enjoy the fantastic view or maybe rent out in future. 1bedroom ~800sqf * 1500psf = $1,200,000 2bedroom ~1111sqf * 1500psf = $1,666,600. 3bedroom ~1300sqf. Is it time to get a unit or should I wait for the economy/property fallout in few months time? (that is provided there will be a fall out and price crash?) Any comments is welcomed.

was at concourse T-junction (coming from syed alwi road) with cars queuing up to turn left on lane 2 and 3. that is a 3-lane junction with lane 1 turn right only, lane 3 turn left only and lane 2 can turn left or right. i was in lane 2 waiting to turn left when the dangerous car SGE46*7K (red toyota) tried to cut me from my right (lane 1 which is right turn only lane) by turning left. as he was turning left, the kangoo-kind van behind me (in lane 2) actually wanted to turn right. i only realised when the van horned the toyota and as i looked into the side mirror, i kinda saw the front right of the van brush against the rear left of the toyota. as i was going to turn right to go into nicoll highway and aiming at the right lane, the toyota would be going head on with the oncoming traffic had i not slowed not, or he might collide to my right. i was so angry and i horned at him for a long time and high-beamed him. after turning out into nicoll highway, the toyota on hazard light and stopped by the side. as i looked over, the passenger seat of the car were a young kid sitting on an adult. it was amazing why the driver wanted to perform such a dangerous stunt. it could end up in accident. furthermore there was young child in the car. hope he will wake up from his idea and drive safer from now on. anyway, if the driver of the van needs witness to claim against the toyota, feel free to contact me.
