Anyone of you who use Mobile pay to by e-license encounter this problem?
1) Automated call from MobilePay is muted and cut off after about 18 seconds. It will then call again. Sometimes all 3 times will be muted and I have to SMS again.
2) Transaction failed even though I keyed in the correct pin and evv code.
3) After SMS, no automated call received at all.
Used to work fine from end last year to early this year but nowadays, almost certainly I will hit one of the 3 problems above. Kanasai.....
