I was driving from Changi towards west along PIE this evening. Around 745pm, i was at the right lane near Macpherson. I saw a Benz Van coming at me from behind pretty fast, so i slow down and hope he gets the picture that his van can not come into right lane; and will switch back to the next lane. Well, he didnt switch lane and tailgate me for a good 10 second if not wrong (I slow down to about 70km/h), then he switched lane speed up and over took other car on other lane, and switch into right lane again in front of me. I then speed up to around 90-95km, as i approached him, he slow down till about 80-85km, then switched back to next lane. For a good distance till Thomson flyover, he switched lane at least 3 times without signal. I quickly slow down a little on the right lane (car behind me is at least 50m-70m away) and turn on my iphone video mode. I then speed up around 85km to pace the van, I am 1 car length beside him while i was on the right lane. Some where just before CJC, he came into right lane again! travelled for a good 11-12 sec distance at around 90km (his van max speed at 70km/h), and switched lane without signal again. I recorded the whole process (i was 2 hands on the steering wheel, with left hand holding the phone), Just as i switched lane and exit to Adam Road. saw him switch to right lane again. Now, how i report that to TP with the video? (I always signal to change lane regardless is there any car behind me not. Thanks to the strict training I got from NS driving course. :) Any AFV V200 driver here? I drove that in 3SADA during my NS.
