    Hi, I have just jumped from the green ship to the red ship. Bought a Netgear DG834GT Modem router, don't want to use their supplied modem. SN letter only comes with UserID & Password, software supplied is more for their given Thomson modem. Tech help line seems close though they stated 0800 - 0000hrs. Rushed back home to call them after work but no human pick up leh. Anyone can give me some advise on setting up the Netgear? I can get connected with the supplied Thomson using the auto configure CD but have no idea what the other settings should be using the Netgear and can't get connected. Thanks
