    Since early this yr, united states postal service had decided to stop providing surface mail/parcel services, are you affected by this action? I am affected, as my small US base suppliers are no longer able to ship my order via surface parcels(normally packed in 15kg per parcel).Shipping via air cargoes or air parcels will cost me four time more in freight charges[sweatdrop] . The only alternative is via 20ft container and will take me few decades to clear all of them . Even if I can clear them, the storage fee kill me
