    Owner of this westie is going to surrender him to SPCA this weekend!!!! Appealing for kind souls to help foster him or adopt him. He is a tricky little one. As he was not properly trained since young, he has developed food aggression and will bite whenever he is unhappy. He is no good with kids and other dogs. He definitely needs corrective training for his behavoir. He is 5 years old, paper trained and on dry food. If you are willing to help, please email Kelvin at [email protected] .
