  1. anyone here or anyone you know is part of the 58% and yet still remain unsatisfied and greedy for more compensation??? how abt those 42% who do not get any compensation, do you LL, suck thumb (honest mistake, life goes on) or you still insist you should get compensation despite knowing the definition of "investment"???
  2. http://www.asiaone.com/Health/News/Story/A...1102-97742.html The law will be changed early next year to allow people who donate their kidneys to get monetary compensation from the recipient or a voluntary organisation. The amount should not be so large that it is seen as an inducement, said Health Minister Khaw Boon Wan when he announced this yesterday. He hinted that the sum will be at least five figures, possibly six. The actual amount of compensation will be left to a committee which will be set up by the Ministry of Health to look into this. when will they stop just thinking of making money without considering the ethical issues and respect for individuals dont forget GST, adminstrative fee, licence fee etc sick NOT long more we will be able to trade or sell our soul for $
  3. I booked a car with a local PI. In the sales agreement, it is stated delivery is 'within 1 to 3 months'. The 3 months will be up this weekend. However, when I spoke to the SE two days ago, I was told that the car can only be delivered next week. Contractually, do I have any rights to ask for compensation for this delay? Thanks for any advice.
