    Hi guys, Does the number of counterweights used to balance a wheel indicate the quality of the rim? My friend recently purchased a brand new set of 16" Taiwanese replica rims from a famous shop in AMK Industrial Park and I was surprised at the amount of weights used. Long strips of counterweights were used and one of them has 11. Thanks
