Kia’s new seed of success?

Kia has released first image of the all-new Cee'd model for Europe, which is scheduled to debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March. The styling of the second generation five-door hatchback, which shares its platform with the Hyundai i30, is said to be inspired by sporty coupes according to Kia.

Exterior design highlights include the familiar kia corporate grille, projector headlamps with LED stripes, chromed window frames and honeycomb-shaped lower air intake at the front bumper. Although Kia has not released any interior images, the new Cee’d is reported to get a new driver-oriented dashboard with improved ergonomics. Kia commented that the quality of material used is higher and the entire interior is more refined.

The new Cee'd is expected to receive the new 1.6L 201 bhp GDI turbo engine that recently debuted in the Hyundai Veloster turbo. This will give it the necessary fire power to go head to head against the iconic VW Golf GTI. However, I believe the naturally-aspirated version of the 1.6L will be available as well for those who would like to travel at a more leisure pace.

The new Cee'd will be launched in Europe from the second quarter of 2012 with UK deliveries expected to start from June. Let’s hope that the COE will be less crazy then so that C&C might consider bringing the car into Singapore.

I have been a car fanatic since 1989, when my father was changing our family car then to a Toyota Corolla 1.6 GL fitted with a Twin Cam 16 valve engine that was carburetor-fed, a big deal back in those days. The automobile technology and industry fascinates me and I hope to broadcast these interesting developments to everyone out there through this blog.

First, thanks for this forum where we can seek your advice.
My question is:
I was involved in a minor accident on 18/01/2012. He drive a Honda CRV car plate no WGY9009 agreed to pay me after I repair my car.I has call he to settle the case. But every time also said he is busy not free to come to my office. Then yesterday ask me to sms a/c no to him to bank in the repair cost. The problem now is the person now refused to paid and call up and say me crazy and did not pick up my calls.
Can i report to police?
And will I need to pay for the police report?
Thank you
