Subaru tries to turn up the heat on its latest boyracer - the WRX STI - with a twin of viral videos.

The first commercial is also a preview of a short film that will be launched by Subaru. Called 'The ride of her life', the 1970s-themed video is no doubt dated, and a little corny. But it should serve up some old school entertainment, where the female lead decides to leave with her dream boy (and the STI, of course).

But it is the second short video that gets our vote - a race between the STI (in scaled down form) and some StickBombs. Thanks to some digital wizardy, the race looks very cool. Now jump to the videos and decide which does it better.
