Based on the Honda Jazz or Fit, depending on which part of the world you are in, the Shuttle is a stretched version of the Jazz and is meant as an replacement for the Honda Airwave and Honda Fit Shuttle. Styling wise, it adopts the brand's 'Solid Wing Face' front grille seen on the rest of the Honda cars like the Jazz and the HR-V.

The hybrid variant uses the brand's familiar Sport Hybrid i-DCD powertrain which is made up of a 108bhp 1.5-litre i-VTEC Atkinson-cycle engine, a 28bhp electric motor built into a seven-speed twin-clutch gearbox, and a lithium-ion battery. Total output is said to be 133bhp and it will be able to do 34km/L when driven wisely.

 

blogentry-133713-0-05171700-1431827395_thumb.jpgMeanwhile, the petrol 1.5-litre direct-injection DOHC i-VTEC engine gets mated to a CVT gearbox and produces 130bhp. Both variants are available with all-wheel drive or front-wheel drive.

With the rear seats folded down, the length can be extended as far as 1.84 metres which also corresponds to a luggage space of 1,141 litres. The car also offers a flat floor and is equipped with two basket on the backside of the rear seats. When not needed, they can be folded flat.

Of course it is, im refering to the fit shuttle, the stationwagon version. Its a 1.5L station wagon, just like the previous airwave. So now they have this Shuttle and the Fit Shuttle. tink its suppose to be jus a little bigger then

i see.. in that case i think the fit shuttle you're refering to (based on the 2nd gen jazz/fit) is the predecessor to this model(which is based on 3rd gen jazz/fit)..

Since they call it Jazz Shuttle, Kah motor might bring it in? Since they bring in Jazz?

Given how popular the Airwave was when it went on sale here back then, Kah Motor should consider importing this model as an official model rather than getting buyers to purchase from PIs. Looks to be a good car for someone looking for a car that is larger than the normal Jazz super mini but don't require an MPV.
