BMW E90 320i Manual Available

Heard that Performance Motor will accept orders on special indent basis for the 320i manual. What's more, it comes at a price $6K lower than the Steptronic base model (both without i-Drive).

Anyone got more info on this, or are working on a special indent deal with Performance on this - to bring in their manual E90 3-ers? [gossip]

Not bad if you want to keep a cheaper-to-maintain BMW in the long term.

And go-faster too!

I bet the 325i variant will be even more fun to drive on a manual tranny. [thumbsup]

Now that would be (only) $160+K, based on current prices.

I suppose BMW makes better manuals than VAG's, seeing that their dealers don't openly claim they break down easily or are difficult to maintain, etc..... [:|]

Yes, I'm being sacarstic.... [:p]

Let me guess - some think "Manual" is the name of some book about a Spanish dude which mysteriously comes in the glovebox with every car you buy.... [:p]

See if can bargain hard.

I know of some E36 manuals still running fine to-date.

Changing clutch plate due to wear and tear, from time to time, is gonna be much cheaper than an auto-tranny overhaul, I suppose.
