Ravinged 5th Gear December 9, 2005 Share December 9, 2005 I went to pxx xxxg earlier. Saw one ROV bike just along AMK Ave 1 ... went to drive through those workshops at Ave 3 ... saw another ROV bike there. Seems like they are laying around waiting for cars to come out from workshops ... then GOTCHA! Not worth it to do illegal mods these days. Get it fixed up in workshops ... drive out only kena ROV ... no chance to even use what you pay for. Ed

Ravinged 5th Gear December 9, 2005 Share December 9, 2005 Under suspicion ... they can send a letter to you to have you go for inspection. But it's a little dumb. I could have receive the letter on Monday, go to a workshop to "legalised" my car, go for inspection on Wednesday. When they are very sure, it's no longer inspection. You KENA already!!! Silver_blade Turbocharged December 10, 2005 Share December 10, 2005 I notice that too. Technically speaking, those cam cannot be used as speed cam, cos it doesn't have that function. Also, it's mainly purpose is to monitor the traffic situation and sometimes used it to determine who's in the wrong in an accident. But again, they are using the cam at bus stop to fine those who use the bus lane during peak hours. If this has been in the West, there would have been an uproar, cos LTA didn't inform the public b4 hand that it will be used to identify and fine bus-lane violator. Essentiale Neutral Newbie December 10, 2005 Share December 10, 2005 what? bus stops got cameras? i diddnt know that! my brother said sydney already has those traffic cams all over the highways capable of catching speed limit offenders... i think singapore will do the same... there are just too many cameras everywhere now!!!! ↡ Advertisement
