Neutral Newbie

disadvantage i've heard is increased bearing wear as the stock crank pulley is surpose to act as a harmonic damper for the engine..

most of us will let go our ride by the 5th year.........so wat the heck as it is not a conti. [rolleyes] Japs did a good job of balancing every moving parts inside the engine. Tats why japs engines r much quieter. [sly] Some more this light weight thingy is suitable in our Sg roads........hardly we rev above 3,000rpm for normal driving. [mad]

Reversible, yes. Make sure tat u keep the original pulley aside, and change back when u wanna sell yer ride. [rolleyes]

i'm using Chemlube oil and snake-oil like motoup........no prob with engine wear as long as u dun rev above 3000rpm very often. [nod] Somemore our Protege hv excess baggages so this light-weight thingy is useful here in Sg roads. [nod] Definitely it dun help at NS highways where u rev higher at high speeds. [:p]
