Hey guys,

I recently got a crack on my windscreen, Must be driving behind those 2F2F stone truck casusing it to have a crack it not a hole.My insurance does not cover windscreen. I heard that you can mend up the windscreen. Please kindly PM to tell the shop number and who to look for.Thanks a million....Those who wish to refer me to the Eglass35 post...don't bother he has been removed.A million of Thanks.

I had the similar incident. for my case, it hit the edge of the windscreen and the crack propogated to 20cm within one day. So it was not safe to repair the crack and I have to change the whole windscreen.

 

If the foreign object did not hit the edges of your windscreen, most likely the crack will not propogate. in this case, you can save money and just patch back the hole/crack.
