SE have been playing tricks. He asked for additional deposit after securing COE. Then surprised us by saying he could not take in the car all full value, which he promised earlier. Then later said he could not give me 1-to-1 exchange as promised. Screwed up all my arrangements to take leave, change sport rims, appointments to put solar film, and remove sunroof.

 

My wife and I paid an extra S$10k for deposit, but made him keep his word to take the car at scrap value, and deliver 1-to-1.

 

The last I know, he is supposed to register the car today, and do the 1-to-1 exchange tomorrow. Let's see.

in my defensive, i MUST ask the SE to write 'Black&White' for anything we verbally agreed before signing the doted line.

 

if everything that ur SE had promised or agreed upon was written on the 'Sales Agreement'

then U can tell ur SE to wait letter from ur lawyer.

 

this method i did b4 and it worked.

i even played 'hard to get' when received call from the Sales Manager until their General Manager came into the picture then only i laid down after receiving plenty of Goodies.
