Guys,

 

I don't understand this. what is it that is so fascinating about fireworks? Is it Sporeans are so deprived of entertainment that they are willing to stuck in jams, stuck in public transport, walk miles and miles, just for that 5-15 minutes of fireworks?

 

I really don't get it. What is so interesting about some spluttering lights in the air?

 

u got play those sim games like rome, sim city? Must have some major entertainment events every once in a while like fireworks where millions can enjoy at one time. Then productivity and birth rate will go up for the next few months

for this year i think they are going to tear down/renovate the stadium liao..

 

maybe next time we have 'world class' pattern stadium like the one in WC2006, with IMF quality roads all the way from suntec/ecp to stadium.

Last night, along the benjamin Sheares bridges, I witnessed a minor collision between 2 cars. It looked like both drivers had slowed to down to see the fireworks. The font one slowed down, and the car behind did the same, took his eyes off eth road, and did not notice that car in front had slowed down too.
