Hi bro. I tried the pick-up method u suggested. 1st gear, step to 2K rpm. 2nd gear, step to 2.5K rpm. Gear 3, supposed to be light-footed, rite? But then before I had time to ease off accelerator back to 2Krpm, I am already in Gear 3. 4th gear, no problem.

Did u encounter this? Or is there anything wrong with my technique?

 

Anyway, I just filled up petrol. Reading: 12.1 km/l. Quite surprised that I managed to achieve what my SE claimed.

yup...no problem at all...the ecu starts to learn tat u want to shift up early....so pick up is faster and FC better hor....cheeky lagi best...got 14km....

wow! ur technique surpassed ur teacher ah ong in terms of FC

 

quite difficult to control .... sometimes goes up to 3rpm for a short while before changing to gear 3
