Didn't really examine the car..hope it OK.

i rub on my arm first... there is this post of MCF where some forumers are using the green SAF towel to wipe off their waxes.. That green towel is made of terry cloth, and err.. texture is really rough.. sure gives free swirls and additional scratches...

 

NEVER USE A TERRY CLOTH.... Its too rough for our ride

 

Invest in a good MF cloth, and weave MF drying towel

Well, actually you can rubba rubba on the read bumper first....

Ya talking about that, I used to be using 100% cotton stockinette and now it is left in my storeroom for cleaning my golf clubs after a day at green.

 

These supposing soft, great polishing cloth are also causing light thin sratch marks. Altought they are not as bad as the cheap mircofibre I WAS using, they are quite bad too. They get even worse when you are using them to wipe off wax. My last ride had alot of small thin hairline sratch from these stockinette.

 

Please note, the brand I was using is not autoglym. The brand I was using might be a lousier stuff when compared to autoglym.

 

Anyway dun weave MF towels scratch too?

oh well ... I am currently using Meg MF too .. cost me quite abit but need to change soon as I feel that the cloth seems to be hardening.
